Common Citrix Workplace error and how to resolve:

SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust "Entrust Root Certification Authority - G2", the issuer of the server's security certificate

This issue can occur due to Certificate mis-propagation when Citrix is loaded, this will cause the VDI-launcher to fail constantly:  The normal troubleshooting flow includes deleting cookies/clearing cache, closing the Brower and opening it up again to test:  (This may have to be repeated multiple times until the Certificate flow repairs itself:

If this doesn't work, follow the below documentation steps on updating the receiver/launcher and re-downloading the Root Certificates:
